Role: Procurement Manager – Renewables

The Role:
As Procurement Manager, you will lead the sourcing and contracting of equipment and services for utility-scale projects, while working closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and supplier compliance.
You will play a vital role in project planning, execution, and commercial risk mitigation across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full procurement cycle including tendering, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Engage with key suppliers for electrical, civil, and balance-of-plant components.
- Ensure alignment between commercial terms and project timelines.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams on delivery tracking.
- Act as commercial lead on procurement risk and vendor performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of procurement experience in Solar PV, Wind, or BESS.
- Familiarity with EPC structures and major equipment procurement.
- Strong contract negotiation skills (FIDIC, EPC, or bespoke terms).
- Fluent in German (C1 minimum) and English.
