About the role:
As part of this strategic expansion, we are looking for Tender Managers to lead the tendering process in the German market and play a key role in winning new projects and shaping the business strategy.
You will manage the entire tender cycle, liaise with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, project services, legal) and act as a single point of contact for clients. This role offers autonomy, variety and the opportunity to influence the long-term direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entire bidding processes from planning to submission.
- Coordinate internal & external tender related stakeholders.
- Oversee composition and preparation of all technical and commercial documentation.
- Be the key point of contact for clients throughout the tender process.
- Contribute to contract negotiations.
- Drive process improvements to shape & improve the tender function.
- Work in close collaboration with International bid teams.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in photovoltaics with hands-on experience in the German market for large scale installations.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end tendering processes in a renewable energy or EPC environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across disciplines and departments.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) is essential.
- Experience with contract documentation and participation in contract negotiations.
- Comfortable working remotely in a trusting environment with flexible working hours.
- Structured, deadline-driven and able to work independently in a fast-growing organisation.
