The Role
We're looking for a Risk Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO) to standardise and strengthen project execution processes across the globe.
This is a new and pivotal role that will shape how risk is identified, managed, and mitigated across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy infrastructure projects — from development through to construction.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a unified methodology for project risk management
- Define global standards and processes across all project teams
- Create tools, templates, and documentation to support risk assessments
- Lead risk workshops and coach project managers in best practices
- Build and maintain risk registers to ensure transparency and traceability
- Track risks and mitigation measures across the project portfolio
- Collaborate with internal departments (PMO, Portfolio Management, etc.)
- Support the scaling of PMO processes globally
What You Bring
- Experience in project execution and risk management – ideally in energy or industrial construction
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- High proficiency in German (C1) and English – essential for cross-team collaboration
- A proactive, builder mindset – someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and making things work
