Project Manager – Owner’s Engineer (Onshore Wind) | Germany | Freelance/Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for Owner’s Engineering assignments in Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in multiple ongoing and upcoming renewable energy projects, supporting the development and construction of onshore wind farms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Owner’s Engineering assignments, ensuring the successful delivery of onshore wind projects
- Oversee tender preparation and management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations
- Provide technical and contractual oversight during the construction phase, working closely with developers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and various project stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Native-level German speaker (essential)
- Strong background in civil engineering; experience with WTG is considered but not optimal
- Proven experience in onshore wind farm construction
- Prior experience working for an Owner’s Engineer is highly desirable, but candidates from developers or contractors will also be considered
- Experience in tender preparation and management (please specify if mandatory or preferred)
