22kV Senior Authorised Person - Data Centre

22kV Senior Authorised Person - Data Centre - 2/1 rotation or 10/4 rotation - November start - Outside IR35 - 6 to 12 month contract.

Hunter Philips are looking for a 22kV Senior Authorised Person to join a growing team for a data centre based in the South of England. My client is seeking an experienced SAP to help deliver the project.

Data centre experience is desired but of industry contractors will also be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Carry out HV switching on the system up to 22kV
• Ensuring all LOTO procedures have been carried out safely and in accordance to the clients safety rules
• Carry out isolations and set contractors to work
• Issuing and ensuring all the relevant RAMs documents are in place
• Issuing safety permits in accordance to the clients safety rules
• Overseeing the Authorised Persons on site
• As siting with the IST and all commissioning works
• Energising the transformers and switch gear on the system

Requirements

• Experience working at 22kV as a Senior Authroised Person
• Proof of previous authorisations
• 12 months on a project as an SAP
• Data centre experience is desired but not essential
• The right to work in the UK

Logistics

• 2 weeks on / 1 week of or 10 days on / 4 day off rotation
• Day rate, outside IR35
• Travel and accommodation expenses covered
• London
• End of October / Start of November start date
• 6 to 12 month contract
