Are you an experienced Commissioning Manager with a strong background in managing Offshore Substation Commissioning teams on large-scale Offshore Wind projects? Do you have a proven track record of overseeing the successful commissioning of electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems on offshore substations? If so, please read on...
&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage commissioning teams on offshore substations, ensuring all electrical and mechanical systems are commissioned according to project specifications.</li>
<li>Coordinate and oversee the commissioning of transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and auxiliary systems to meet safety, quality, and performance standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project stakeholders, including OEMs, EPC Contractors and the client, to ensure smooth execution and completion of commissioning activities.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on commissioning progress, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise and ensuring timely resolution.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the commissioning process.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test plans, commissioning reports, and handover packages.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Extensive experience in managing Offshore Substation Commissioning teams within Offshore Wind projects.</li>
<li>Proven track record of commissioning high-voltage electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of offshore wind industry standards and best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of health and safety requirements in an offshore environment.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work offshore on a rotation basis.</li>
</ul>
