Hunter Philips are currently searching for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the Transport &amp; Installation (T&amp;I) Package for a major Offshore Wind Project. As the key point of contact for the Awarding Stage, you will manage all procurement activities related to the transportation and installation of wind turbines, foundations, and cables. Your expertise in offshore logistics and contracting will ensure the successful delivery of this critical package, which is essential to the project's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Procurement for the T&amp;I Package:
<ul>
<li>Manage the entire procurement process for the Transport &amp; Installation (T&amp;I) package, with a focus on the awarding of contracts to key suppliers.</li>
<li>Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure optimal outcomes in terms of cost, schedule, and quality.</li>
<li>Oversee the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts with T&amp;I contractors.</li>

Contract Negotiation and Awarding:

<li>Lead complex contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors for the transport and installation of wind turbines, foundations, and subsea cables.</li>

Supplier Relationship Management:

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key T&amp;I contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.</li>

<li>Act as the main point of escalation for any issues or disputes related to the T&amp;I package, working closely with suppliers to ensure swift resolution.</li>

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

<li>Work closely with the project&rsquo;s Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Project Management teams to ensure procurement activities align with the overall project strategy and objectives.</li>
