Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager - HVDC will play a pivotal role in overseeing turnkey EPC HVDC projects across Europe, ensuring they are executed flawlessly. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, budget constraints, and timeline targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all stages of HVDC projects, from conception to commissioning, demonstrating exceptional leadership throughout.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to guarantee project success.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks and issues that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing them with regular updates on project progress.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout project implementation.
• Provide valuable technical expertise and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
• Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing HVDC projects, showcasing in-depth understanding of HVDC technology and its diverse applications.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, highlighting excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, crucial for guiding project teams and engaging with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, enabling navigation of complex challenges and strategic project-related decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant industry standards and regulations, ensuring projects adhere to the highest quality and compliance standards.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as necessary to oversee project activities
