As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple utility scale Solar PV sites across Germany, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a blend of office-based work and on-site supervision, so flexibility and mobility are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple Solar PV project sites across Germany.
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
- Ensure all site documentation is accurately maintained and up to date.
- Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Languages: German & English is a must.
- Based in Germany is a must.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale Solar PV projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work from the office and travel to various sites across Germany.
