The Role:

Play a key role in supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Some duties would include:

• Contribute to M&A activity in the Barcelona hub for the polish market.
• Coordinate and carry out tenders for Project Rights M&A transactions.
• Stay updated on significant changes in the market and news/ events/ regulatory frameworks in the industry to detect shifts timely.
• Prepare technical permitting processes for project development.
• Supervise and take responsibility for work streams, such as technical, legal, and financial due diligence.
• Secure deals that enhance the businesses market position.

The Person

The successful candidate will have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Relevant experience with strategic acquisitions, project development, business development, etc.
• Good networking skills.
• Proven experience with stakeholder management.
• Flourishes when challenged and goal orientated.
• Fluent in Polish and English (Spanish is considered a plus)

To be suitable for this role you must live or be willing to relocate to Barcelona.
