The Company:
A global leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, specialising in solar PV and BESS sector. Significant investment into regional expansion and the increasing focus on key client within the Solar and renewable energy industry has created the need to appoint a Sales Manager to accelerate the business plan in Greece
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities within the solar and BESS market.
- Manage local marketing actions with the support of the global team.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in potential client organisations, establishing strong relationships and understanding their energy needs, using existing network.
- Lead Sales teams as well as being a reference on the Global ETD activity for the geography under your responsibility.
- Manage channel partners and distributors to identify tenders and influence.
The Person
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales leadership with experience selling Solar PV or Battery Storage equipment for Utility Scale.
- Proven experience in sales within the solar PV and/or BESS industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- An extensive network within target clients and senior management teams.
- Be able to solve complex problems, engage customers, motivate and inspire teams to success.
- Speak Greek and English
Due to the dynamic growth and acceleration plans, there is a very real opportunity to become Sales Director in 1-2 years.
