The Company

One of the largest renewable energy developers in the world with over 20GW of projects in operation across Wind, Solar and Battery Storage. With rapid growth in their German pipeline, the company is expanding the team and seeking a dynamic professional to develop and execute procurement strategies for their multi-GW renewables portfolio, contributing to the success of the business on a wider scale.

The Role

As Procurement Manager, renewables, duties include:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge procurement strategies to drive Onshore Wind and Solar PV projects across Germany
• Oversee and streamline procurement contracts, from drafting to project management, ensuring excellence at every stage
• Lead and take part in negotiations with key equipment suppliers and vendors, for multi-million-euro components
• Progression to Senior Procurement Manager/International Project Manager in 1-2 years

The Person:

The successful candidate will likely have the following:

• 1+ year of procurement experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector but open to transferrable skills
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercial acumen
• Fluency in German and English is a must
