Position Overview:

As Transaction Manager for Renewable Energies, you will take the lead in managing M&A transactions, including project sales and investments in wind and solar energy projects. You will oversee all aspects of the transaction process, from market approach to completion, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial and commercial success of these projects, while also driving the development of internal processes within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute M&A transactions for wind and solar energy projects, including sales and investment processes.
• Lead due diligence efforts across financial, legal, technical, and environmental aspects.
• Negotiate and draft key contracts (purchase, project, financing, and partnership agreements).
• Analyse market trends, regulatory frameworks, and identify new investment opportunities.
• Build financial models to evaluate project viability and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic projects such as citizen participation, electricity price forecasts, and international portfolio development.

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in transaction management, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations and financial modeling (DCF, project valuations).
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing complex projects independently
