Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the construction of significant solar PV and BESS projects, from design to commercial operations. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and safety standards, along with coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and contractors. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering projects efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the construction management for multiple solar PV and BESS projects.
• Manage project milestones, budgets, schedules, and cash flow reporting.
• Oversee high-value construction contracts and ensure their successful completion.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team and external stakeholders to optimize project execution.
• Address and mitigate project risks.
• Contribute to tender preparation, contract negotiation, and technical reviews.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Significant renewable energy project management experience.
• Proven track record in utility-scale renewable construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and relevant UK and Ireland safety standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and contract management skills.
