Role Overview:

The Project Manager will assist in overseeing the construction of solar PV and BESS projects, supporting the transition from design to commercial operations. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and safety standards, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the construction management for multiple solar PV and BESS projects.
• Assist in managing project milestones, budgets, schedules, and cash flow reporting.
• Help oversee construction contracts, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Identify and address project risks, promoting a culture of safety in construction.
• Contribute to tender preparation, contract negotiation, and technical reviews.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of renewable energy project management experience.
• Experience with utility-scale renewable construction projects is desirable.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and relevant UK and Ireland safety standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
