A leading player in the wind sector is hiring a Director of Sales to take full ownership of its Eastern European sales organisation. This is a high-impact, regional leadership role with a focus on structured growth, major project delivery, and team development.

The Eastern European market is shifting rapidly, and this business has been at the forefront of that change &mdash; growing from a minor player to one of the dominant names across key markets including Poland, the Baltics, Romania and Ukraine.
&nbsp;
To support further expansion, the company is carving out a dedicated regional sales leadership role. You&rsquo;ll take over commercial responsibility across the region, stepping into a position previously covered at VP level.
&nbsp;
The role
<ul>
<li>Lead and scale sales activity across eight markets in Eastern Europe</li>
<li>Manage and develop a strong existing team of 3&ndash;5 Sales Managers plus sales support</li>
<li>Maintain and expand relationships with major developers, IPPs and OEMs</li>
<li>Ensure pipeline visibility, sales governance and disciplined contract management</li>
</ul>

Your profile
<ul>
<li>Track record of closing large, complex deals in wind, infrastructure, or energy</li>
<li>Strong command of commercial terms and negotiation processes</li>
<li>Experience managing sales teams and mentoring senior professionals</li>
<li>Familiarity with Eastern European energy markets is ideal but not essential</li>
<li>Comfortable in a regionally based role with regular travel</li>

We are searching for an experienced and knowledgeable 400kV SAP to join the project, ensuring SFTS and training up junior members of staff.

Responsibilities:

<li class="x_MsoNormal">Carrying out isolations</li>

Senior Project Manager – District Heating - (Contract – 12 Months) We are supporting a major energy infrastructure business looking to hire a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to lead adoption model projects within their District Heating portfolio. You’ll manage multiple live projects (typically £1–3 million in value), overseeing the review, integration, and acceptance of assets designed and delivered by third-party contractors. This is a delivery-focused position, reporting directly into the senior leadership team and interfacing with engineering, adoptions, and commercial functions.
