Your Role
As the Technical Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations of BESS projects across Germany. You will serve as the critical link between the asset owner, service partners and the OEM systems, ensuring optimal performance throughout the full lifecycle of the assets.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Operate and monitor BESS projects with a focus on loading/de-loading cycles and system health</li>
<li>Work closely with OEM platforms and interfaces to ensure peak performance</li>

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

<li>Contract management experience and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HSE requirements and risk management</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills</li>
