Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will play a crucial role in shaping our operational strategies, enhancing project delivery, and ensuring excellence in our services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the growth and success of our offshore wind initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and vision.
• Lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and drive the company’s strategic direction.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor project performance, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in offshore wind development.
• Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational role within the renewable energy sector, preferably in offshore wind.
• Strong understanding of project management, financial management, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
