Role: Construction Project Manager – Onshore Wind Location: Baden-Wurttenberg – Hybrid
The Client
This IPP is on a mission to deliver over 1GW of clean energy across Germany by 2030 – and they’re already well on their way. With €400 million in confirmed funding and over 300MW now under construction, they are scaling their in-house construction team to deliver projects on-time and to a high technical standard.
The business offers excellent long-term prospects, with over 60% of senior roles filled through internal promotions. They operate a decentralised team structure, allowing Construction Managers to take full control of their sites while benefiting from strong central support in HSE, procurement, and engineering.
