The Role

 

As Team Lead Project Execution, you'll manage a team of Project Managers across multiple active onshore wind farms. You’ll ensure smooth delivery from civil works through commissioning, support cross-department coordination, and act as the key escalation point for site issues.

 

Clear progression into Head of Construction is available for the right profile.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Manage and mentor Project Managers executing onshore wind projects

· Oversee timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination

· Interface with landowners, authorities, and grid operators

· Optimise internal processes and ensure HSE compliance

· Drive standardisation across parallel sites

 

What You’ll Need

 

· 7+ years in onshore wind project construction

· Experience leading project teams or site execution teams

· Fluent German (C1) and strong communication skills

· Based in Southern Germany or open to relocation

· Engineering or construction-related degree
