Role: Senior Project Manager – Onshore Wind Location: Bavaria – Remote

The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the execution of multi-turbine onshore wind projects from handover to COD. You’ll work closely with technical, legal, and permitting teams, and be trusted to lead your projects with autonomy. This role offers future progression into project leadership or program management roles.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead construction-phase activities across sites
· Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination
· Oversee tendering and contracting with EPC and BoP providers
· Resolve site-level issues and lead contractor negotiations
· Report to internal steering and external authorities
What You’ll Need
· 5+ years in onshore wind project execution
· Fluent German (C1) and good written communication
· Proven track record managing €10M+ construction budgets
· Engineering or related degree
· Southern Germany-based
