Role: Project Manager – Onshore Wind Location: Hesse – Remote

The Client

Join a fast-growing onshore wind developer delivering renewable projects across Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, and neighbouring regions. Known for their efficient delivery model and close collaboration with municipalities, they’re now hiring a Project Manager to support multiple construction sites.

The Role

You’ll manage site-level construction activities, including BoP works, turbine installation, and grid connection. With a strong support team behind you, your focus is on timeline, cost, and quality control. This position is ideal for someone ready to take the next step towards Senior PM.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate contractors and site supervisors

· Ensure documentation and site compliance

· Attend site meetings and resolve daily construction issues

· Report progress to internal stakeholders and authorities

What You’ll Need

· 3+ years in renewable energy construction (onshore wind preferred)

· C1-level German and site experience in Germany

· Engineering, construction, or renewable energy background

· Strong organisational and contractor coordination skills
