The Role
- Manage relationships with electricity wholesalers, oversee tender processes, and ensure sales strategies align with production forecasts.
- Lead negotiations, finalise agreements with direct marketers, and ensure contracts support business objectives and compliance
- Develop and execute hedging strategies, secure long-term pricing agreements, and collaborate with consultants on risk mitigation.
- Oversee the execution and trading of GOOs, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient deal execution.
- Monitor production volumes, manage invoicing processes, and ensure seamless coordination between commercial and operational teams.
The Person
- The successful candidate will have..
- 3+ years of experience in the German electricity sales market
- Previous experience in direct marketing or within an Independent Power Producer (IPP)
- Ability to excel in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong analytical skills to navigate complex challenges and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
