Senior Contract Manager

You will be working for a leading company who constructs, develops, operates and owns Offshore Wind projects. They are looking to add a valuable member to their team to help with the many projects that they currently have, or the projects in the pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the contracts for their projects being signed off.
• You will be running your eye over the supply contracts and make sure they are ok.
• Dealing and working with supplier contracts, using their contracts, then negotiations of the contracts.
• Dealing with the involved legal parties.
• Managing any legal costs and then reducing the costs in coming, negotiating the best for both parties.
• Find out any impacts within the contract that may occur down the line, then finding the solutions to avoid what could occur.
• Clear understanding of the liability levels, making sure it is clear once presented with a clear reasoning.
• Make sure that the insurance levels are appropriate and understandable.

What is needed from you:

• You must have a legal degree or a degree in a similar background.
• Experience working in the WTG package (foundations or other scopes fine)
• At least 5 years of offshore wind experience.
• Expert in FIDIC, NEC, LOGIC contracts.
