Project Procurement Lead - EPC

You will be the Project Procurement Manager who is responsible for key strategic procurement activities for new international projects, including wind farms and battery energy storage systems globally.

Responsibilities:

• responsible for the following commodities on international wind farm and battery energy storage systems projects; Electrical and Civil Balance of Plant / EPC Contractors / Electrical and Civil Designers.
• Prepare procurement management plans as required.
• Ensure accuracy of tender documentation and tenders.
• Monitoring and communicating with management regarding the EPC market.
• Timely delivery of purchasing budgets for commodity.
• Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of commodity.
• Facilitates the correct handover to project execution team.
• Ensure the correct identification, assessment and quantification of all the potential R&O related to the procurement scope.
• Develop relationships with EPC suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement and project management.
• Knowledge in project management methods and techniques.
• Experience on procurement of EPC/BOP and renewable industry is necessary.
• Onshore BESS or Wind experience is desirable.
