Senior Contract / Commercial Manager

You will be working for a leading company within the renewable sector. Currently with a large pipeline and project portfolio, they are looking for experienced Contract Managers to come and drive the project and company to set their goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will be negotiating the late stage contracts.
• You will be providing support across multiple packages.
• This will be for the development stage & the construction stage of the project.
• You will be proactively managing claims & variations.
• You will be delivering against commercial objectives, including cost savings for contracts.
• Making sure that you are supporting the Project Controls team with monitoring, reporting budgets &forecasting.
• You will contribute in commercial risk assessments & actively contributing to risk mitigation.

What is expected from you:

• If you have a Legal qualification, negotiated major contracts and managing them after FC is a desirable skill.
• You must have experience pre-FC, development and early construction.
• You must have a Legal background
• Have a least 4 years experience working on offshore wind projects.
