Supplier & Contract Management High Voltage service

As part of a European transmission system operator, you will play a part in building a sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure that stimulates economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint.

Responsibilities

• Making sure that you are ensuring proper execution of the projects.
• leading the negotiations and reach agreements in case of unforeseen situations or claims
• Making sure you guarantee the continuous improvement process.
• In charge of the management of the suppliers’ relationships for its categories of equipment (through regular status meetings, suppliers and/or factory visits)
• Support to the internal stakeholders on suppliers-related topics
• Contract Risk management

Requirements:

• Master in a technical-commercial field with real interest for technical aspects and projects or equivalent knowledge acquired with experience.
• Excellent knowledge of English as it is the team’s communication language (min B2)
• Excellent level of either French or Dutch. Good knowledge of the other language.
• You have min 5 years of experience in stakeholders management, contract management, category management, account management, strategic procurement, procurement
• You have experience within the industry / energy sector
