Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced TSA (Turbine Supply Agreement) Contract Manager for an exciting offshore wind project on an 18-month contract.

This pivotal role involves overseeing the management, negotiation, and administration of the Turbine Supply Agreement, ensuring compliance, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Manage all aspects of the TSA, including compliance monitoring, contract execution, and performance tracking.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual risks to ensure smooth project operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for contractual matters between the project team, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contract amendments, ensuring favourable terms for the project.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular updates, reports, and documentation on contract performance, issues, and changes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all contractual activities align with relevant EU regulations and industry standards.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve contractual disputes in collaboration with legal teams and project stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract management, preferably in the renewable energy sector or large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Turbine Supply Agreements and offshore wind project dynamics.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex contractual documents and provide practical solutions.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management systems and project management tools.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to the EU office occasionally as required.
