As part of this growth, the business is seeking a Head of Technical Office to oversee and ensure the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all renewable energy construction projects.Key Responsibilities:As Head of Technical Office some duties will be:Preparing, reviewing, and updating project schedules for utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects.Overseeing monthly bills of quantities, valuations, and payment analyses.Ensuring compliance with public sector policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Supporting planning, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects.Monitoring project progress, risks, and issues, while keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned.Preparing and submitting high-quality technical and financial reporting to senior management.The Person:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.Experience in large-scale renewable energy or utility infrastructure projects.4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering complex construction projects.Proven expertise in certifications, accounts, and progress reporting for public sector or regulated projects.Strong understanding of Quality, Health & Safety, and compliance in large-scale technical projects.Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.Fluency in Greek and English.If you are a proactive project manager with a passion for driving renewable energy infrastructure and delivering impactful, large-scale projects, I'd like to hear from you today.Please send your CV to nickie.lynch@hunterphilips.com
